• Step – Have fun and burn fat with this action packed step class. Made for all fitness levels, but don’t even think you will get off easy… we will test your agility and stamina!
• Step N Tone – First we'll burn some calories by using a step, then concentrate on firming up every inch of your body.
• Cardio Combo – An energetic mix of Aerobic exercises. For all fitness levels.
• Hi-Lo Aerobics – Combination of high and low impact aerobics with easy routines to enjoy and burn calories in a safe way.
• Cardio Combat – is an empowering workout inspired by martial arts such as karate and boxing. Great fun! Go on, let yourself enjoy!!
• Walking Club – Get yourself out into the air and enjoy the scenery whilst burning calories. This class takes place on a walking track the DQ with an instructor.
• Retro – Is a compilation of danceable music from the 80's to the present where the class can enjoy and learn different style in dancing, such as modern, hip-hop, jazz, salsa and a lot more.
• Stability Ball – A new way of shaping the body using the fit ball. It will definitely challenge your stability. At the same time increase your muscular endurance for one whole hour.
• Pump It – The unique dumbbell and bar exercise class based on the best weights room exercises. It strengthens and tones your entire body to the funkiest beats!
• LBT – An amazing workout focusing on the areas you really want to change…Legs, Bums & Tums.
• Toe Bo – A fitness Regime based on exercising to music and performing movements that derive from martial arts such as taekwondo.
• Fab Abs – 45 min workout packed with a wide range of exercise to improve the strength, tone and definition in all areas of your abdominals.
• Body Bar (Push Bower) – Just hard work that will push you to the max! A great workout with the Body Bar weights.
